Eagle Eye offers outdoor learning opportunities for youth and young adults between the ages of 8 and 24. We partner with youth development organizations and schools, natural resource professionals, and others, to offer innovative learning, leadership, and stewardship programs. Through our intentional program model, which encourages hands-on and experiential learning, we provide underserved urban youth the opportunity to develop a positive relationship with nature.

By using the power of nature as a catalyst for personal transformation, we aim to improve the health and well-being of our youth participants and inspire them to be caretakers of our environment. We love helping youth fall in love with nature! Eagle Eye facilitates young people creating an opening to themselves, others, and nature.

With the purpose of creating a diverse pool of ecologically-educated voters and professionals, as well as healthy individuals, all of Eagle Eye programs incorporate a three-tiered model for social change:

  • Environmental learning to build awareness
  • Stewardship to develop responsibility
  • Career-bridging and mentorship to cultivate leadership
