Tiffany Espinosa

Tiffany Espinosa

Tiffany Espinosa is a mission-driven leader with deep expertise in social impact, executive leadership and organizational development. She brings heart and strategy to her work—supporting youth while strengthening the organizations that serve them. She is passionate about creating pathways and opportunities for people and organizations to level up. She earned a PhD in Human Dimensions of Natural Resources from Colorado State University, and in her dissertation explored how to garner public, political, and financial support for conservation in a diverse and dynamic world. She knows firsthand how the outdoors can help people grow—in body, mind, and spirit. She believes every young person, no matter their background or abilities, deserves the chance to explore, connect and be inspired by the natural world.
