Lola Remy

Lola is originally from Haiti and has called Boston home for 30 years.

Lola joined the Eagle Eye staff as a part-time office assistant when she was 20 years old. During her time at the organization, she developed a love of and respect for nature. The principle of stewardship has shaped her life and work in profound ways. Lola has been an advocate for low-income individuals in health care, in prisons and in law. She is a family law practitioner who represents survivors of domestic abuse in court. She also speaks at community events and trains others on the impact of intimate partner abuse. In her spare time, Lola enjoys African dance and drum and watching Star Trek.

Director of Pro Bono Programs at The Women’s Bar Foundation, former Eagle Eye staff and Board of Directors member, provides the organization with legal guidance, Somerville, MA.
